The Samsung Cetus is a Windows Phone 7 device coming to AT&T on November 8th with a price of $199.
History
The device was first seen with a (now removed) Bluetooth SIG submission.
On August 20th, Engadget received a set of images of the device, which matched the previously seen FCC outline.
The device was seen on Microsoft's official Windows Phone website days before the launch, and was confirmed to be the AT&T Samsung Focus.
