It was only a matter of time before this event came. The Nokia SeaRay, a device that has yet to be officially announced, has made it's first appearance on DSLReport's mobile speed test records. The test results indicate the device is prepping for its debut this fall, but they also reveal something not-too-surprising. The domain it was clocked on was mycingular.net, which is an indicator that the SeaRay will be heading AT&T. Unfortunately, it does not prove the device will be sold on AT&T, but rather that it can run on AT&T: As explained by Pocketnow, the device could simply boast a penta-band radio similar to it's N9 counterpart. Either one is likely good news, and we'll be holding out for when it is, well, officially known to the world.
